OMERS Ventures, the venture unit, has closed its third fund at C$ 300 million. OMERS Ventures raises third-party capital, thus investors in fund III include OMERS, CIBC, National Bank of Canada, BMO Financial Group, TD Securities and The Wafra Group (part of Kuwait’s PIFSS).
