Last year Iraq saw the world’s second largest gains in oil production growth, surpassed only by the United States, according to a report Monday by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Iraq’s oil fields pumped out close to 4 million barrels a day in 2015, 700,000 more barrels than it did the previous year.
