The EIB pledged $438.3 million in investment for Mytilineos for renewable energy production projects. : The European Investment Bank (EIB) has pledged $438.3 million (EUR 400 million) in investment for Mytilineos Energy and Metals for the acceleration of renewable energy production across Greece and other European Union states. In a joint statement, EIB and Mytilineos said the latter will deploy a new portfolio of solar photovoltaics and battery storage systems projects in the period through 2027 that will add a capacity of approximately 2.6 gigawatts.
