After a highly-competitive, national search, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation is pleased to announce the selection of Carlos Rangel as vice president and chief investment officer, effective Feb. 1. Rangel will serve as a member of the executive council, replacing CIO Joel Wittenberg, who is retiring after 11 years.
