Verloop, which offers an artificial intelligence-powered engagement platform, Monday said it has raised USD 3 million funding, led by IDFC Parampara Fund. The series A investment round also saw participation from Infosys co-founder S Gopalakrishnan (also known as Kris) and Ranjan Pai, Chairman of the Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG). The funding will be utilised to enhance the Verloop customer engagement platform as the company expands its team and scales operations to address the global market for automated customer services and marketing, the company said in a statement.
