TA Associates Inc. <a href="http://pevc.dowjones.com/Article?an=DJFLBO0120151120ebbkjp6un&cid=32135020&ctype=ts&pid=15&ReturnUrl=http%3a%2f%2fpevc.dowjones.com%2fArticle%3fan%3dDJFLBO0120151120ebbkjp6un%26cid%3d32135020%26ctype%3dts%26pid%3d15">has agreed to sell </a>Cmosis BVBA, a Belgian company that develops metal-oxide semiconductor image sensors, to Austrian semiconductor manufacturer <a href="http://www.wsj.com/public/quotes/main.html?type=djn&symbol=AMS.EB">ams</a> AG<a href="http://blogs.wsj.com/public/quotes/main.html?type=djn&symbol=AMS.EB?mod=inlineTicker" target="">AMS.EB 0.00%</a> for about 220 million euros, LBO Wire reports this morning. TA acquired the company, which was founded in 2007, back in 2014.
