North Carolina Railroad Co. (NCRR) recently was named a partner in Siemens Energy’s manufacturing plant expansion project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Through the NCRR's economic development initiative, the company is investing $100,000 to assist with improvements and upgrades to the existing industry track. "This investment aligns with our commitment to foster economic growth and innovation in North Carolina. We look forward to the positive impact it will have on our state’s economy and communities for generations to come," said NCRR President and CEO Carl Warren in a press release.
