Schroder REIM appoints Dubos head of France. : Schroder REIM, Icade, AEW Europe, Ivanhoé Cambridge, Foncière des Régions, LaSalle, Patrizia, KKR, Seyfarth Shaw, Schwartz Sladkus, Gresham House, Majedie Asset Management, Baytree Logistics Properties, GSE, Kinney Green, CBRE, Cluttons KKR – Jan Baumgart has joined KKR as director and head of real estate Germany. Baumgart will be responsible for property and platform transactions in Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia, focusing on real estate assets with attractive growth prospects. He joins KKR from Patrizia where he was responsible for the alternative investments. He started his career at Fortress Investment Group and AlixPartners.
