Alan Li has been appointed to a newly created role of president of CBRE China. : PGIM Real Estate, CBRE, Portsmouth Water, AXA IM - Real Assets, South West Water, CenterSquare, GLP, CPPIB, Prologis, Helaba Invest, Nuveen, Invesco Real Estate, InterContinental Hotels Group, Mayfair Capital, Greenhill & Co, RBS PGIM Real Estate – Thomas Kallenbrunnen has joined the firm’s $13bn European platform. Kallenbrunnen has been hired as senior portfolio manager for European core strategy. Previously, Kallenbrunnen was general manager at Helaba Invest, where he led the real estate and alternative investment business since its inception in 2012.
