Park Place Technologies is being sold from one private equity firm to another. The Mayfield Heights-based data center maintenance company is being bought by GTCR of Chicago. The private equity firm plans to help Park Place fund acquisitions and other initiatives, according to a news release announcing the deal. Park Place has grown substantially under its current majority owner, WestView Capital Partners of Boston. The company has 362 employees, including 151 in Northeast Ohio.
