<p>Onex Corporation, which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), and Hong Kong-headquartered Baring Private Equity Asia, have completed their acquisition of the intellectual property & science business from media major Thomson Reuters, for $3.55 billion.</p>
