NGL Energy Partners L.P. announced Thursday a deal to buy Hillstone Environmental Partners LLC for about $600 million from Golden Gate Capital. Hillstone provides water pipeline and disposal services to producers in parts of New Mexico and Texas. The deal is expected to close this year. NGL said it expects the acquisition to start adding to distributable cash flow in fiscal 2021.
