The London Pensions Fund Authority (LPFA) has swiftly replaced outgoing chairman Edi Truell with deputy chair Merrick Cockell. The local government pension scheme (LGPS) spun out of the former Greater London Council saw its chairman Truell announce his resignation last week after less than years on the board.
