Houston energy company Enterprise Products Partners LP is offering to sell up to 25 percent of a Mississippi natural gas processing plant to another Houston pipeline and storage company. Enterprise Products is giving the option of 25 percent of the Pascagoula natural gas processing plant on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi to American Midstream Partners LP. The plant can process 1 billion cubic feet of natural gas a day. The deal is subject to certain conditions including the completion of modifications to parts of American Midstream's High Point pipeline system.
