<p>Dörte Höppner, the former head of the private equity industry's trade body in Europe, has joined a US buyout firm, FN's sister publication <a href="http://www.penews.com/" target="_blank">Private Equity News</a> reports. </p>
<p>Höppner, who has featured in FN's list of the most influential women in finance on multiple occasions, will become chief operating officer for the The Riverside Company's Europe fund.</p>
