Eaton Vance has a number of equity closed-end funds that all have similar names. It can be quite difficult to tell what each fund is specifically looking at from their names alone. There are some clues, such as including "global" in the names or whether they are "tax-managed" or "tax-advantaged funds." That being said, most of the funds have some differences that set them apart despite what tends to show overlap in holdings.
