There is no guarantee energy bills will continue to fall as predicted by July, an energy saving expert has warned. Several analysts have forecasted bills will drop to just over £2,000 a year, below the cap set by the Government’s energy price guarantee, which currently limits the bills paid by the average household at £2,500 a year.
