The largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the U.S. has set up a branch in Vancouver, marking its first opening in what the firm plans will be a larger expansion into Canada. Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate set up shop in downtown Vancouver in January, taking over an existing team of 22 brokers that previously operated under the banner of DTZ Vancouver Real Estate. The office will be led by Chris Anderson, DTZ’s former president here.
