San Francisco-based Cloudflare, an internet performance and security company, has launched an $100 million fund. The Cloudflare Developer Fund will invest in startups building applications on Cloudflare’s apps platform. The fund’s investors are New Enterprise Associates, Venrock and Pelion Venture Partners.
