Taking a page from its own playbook for investors, CBRE sold its global headquarters building at 400 S. Hope St. in downtown Los Angeles to a joint venture between Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group and GLL Real Estate Partners of Munich, Germany for almost $330.75 million, or more than $471 per square foot, CoStar Group has confirmed.
