Defense technology company Shield AI said Tuesday it received a valuation of $2.7 billion with backing from Cathie Wood’s Ark Invest in a $200 million Series F round of venture funding led by the U.S. Innovative Technology Fund and Riot Ventures. Returning investors Disruptive and Snowpoint also took part in the investment round.
