Private equity major Blackstone has bought out the minority shares held by General Atlantic and others in Thiruvananthapuram-based IBS Software (IBS), a technology company which caters to the global travel and logistics sector, for $170 million (Rs 1,139 crore). Global PE giant General Atlantic had invested $60 million in IBS in 2007.
