MMC Ventures is investing in the software supply chain company. : Belfast tech firm Cloudsmith said it will use the £9 million raised through its latest funding round to scale its operations globally. The firm, which provides a software supply chain platform to developers and others, secured the investment from MMC Ventures, a London-based venture capital firm whose other investments include food delivery service gousto and media monitoring firm Signal AI. News of the investment comes just after the company hired new chief executive Glenn Weinstein. Mr Weinstein has a track record of growing start-ups and cloud companies.
