The Retirement Board ("the Board") of the Municipal Employees' Annuity & Benefit Fund of Chicago ("the Fund") is requesting proposals from qualified firms that provide Emerging Markets Small Cap Investment Management Services. MEABF is currently targeting one or more mandates totaling $50 to $100 million.
