Phyllis Clark

In May 2002, Phyllis Clark joined the University of Alberta as Vice-President of Finance and Administration after working for six years at York University in Toronto in a similar position. Before joining the University sector, she worked in the Ontario Government as Assistant Deputy Minister at Management Board of Cabinet and was the Chief Economist of the Province and Assistant Deputy Minister of Economic Policy in the Ministry of Finance.
As a representative of the University of Alberta, Phyllis sits on the Canadian Universities Reciprocal Insurance Exchange (CURIE). In support of the Edmonton community, Phyllis is the Chair of the Edmonton Concert Hall Foundation and former Chair of the Edmonton Symphony Society, and is a member of the Board of the Edmonton Airport Authority and the Royal Mayfair Audit and Finance Committee.
