Patrick Power is the managing member of World Fund Manager, LLC. The family of fund focuses on late stage, pre-ipo investments. The first fund was launched Jan 2018 with focus on Sharing Economy. Mr. Power also manages the capital markets adn investment banking divisions of World Equity Group, Inc. (sister company of World Fund Manager and current FINRA member). Prior to World, Mr. Power was in New York City and was the President of the Capital Markets group of one of the oldest members of the NYSE. The firms parent organization, which was founded over 100 years ago, still is an active member of the NYSE and served thousands of clients with some being world leaders and household names. Before New York City, Mr. Power was down South as Managing Director of Investment Banking for JP Turner & Company for almost 20 years. JP Turner, headquarterd in Atlanta, was one of the largest independent investment banking and brokerage firms in the US with over 120 offices and 600 plus registered representatives. He also was manager member of the Turner Investment Funds ("TIF's") which focused on late stage, Palo Alto type, pre-IPO investments. Among other holdings, TIF's had investments of Facebook, Twitter, Groupon, eHarmony, and ViaMotors. Under Power's guidance, the department managed over $5 Billion.
