Mark DeNino
Mr. DeNino, Investment Committee Chairman Mr. DeNino has been a Managing Director at TL Ventures since 1994, focusing on IT, software and services investments. Prior to joining TL, Mr. DeNino headed corporate finance at Fidelity Bank. While at Fidelity, he invested bank capital in numerous private equity funds. He also co-founded an S.B.I.C., Fidelcor Capital, to invest in early stage technology companies. Mr. DeNino's venture capital experience began in 1981, when he helped launch a biomass venture backed by General Electric's venture capital group. In 1996, he also founded another private equity activity, EnerTech Capital, targeting energy and utility markets. Mr. DeNino co-authored a Harvard Business Review article, "When Corporate Venture Capital Doesn't Work." He graduated with a BS degree from Boston College and an MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
