Maciej Wisniewski
Maciej Wisniewski is the Founder and Fund Manager of Macromoney and he has full oversight of all company operations. Maciej has 20 years of experience in investments management and in successfully setting up investment funds. He is the Founder of Investors Investment Fund Company ("Investors TFI"), one of Poland's first privately owned investment fund management companies, which was established in 2005. Total AuM have risen in six years from $3,5mln to $700mln reaching 2% of the market share in Poland. Most of the closed-end funds are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Previously, he was Director of Trading at BZ WBK AIB Asset Management and was a highly successful Proprietary Trader for LG Bank. He began his career as a stock broker at Raiffeisen Capital and then Bank Millenium Securities.
Maciej holds a Master's degree in Finance from the London Business School and a second Master's in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.

- September 2005: established one of the first Polish hedge funds, long/short equities and commodities investing all over the world, 85% return since inception;
- October 2006: established the first gold fund in Poland, 150% return since inception;
- October 2007: established the first private-equity fund in Poland for private individuals, 50% return since inception;
- September 2010: initiated and completed takeover of DWS (Deutsche Bank investment funds) arm in Poland, $450mln of AuM.
