Kevin Higgins is Head of Real Estate & Real Assets at the New Jersey Division of Investment, where he is responsible for managing 10% of the target allocation for the $75 billion State pension system. He has extensive experience building investment teams, developing investment strategy, executing timely investments, constructing diversified portfolios, and restructuring portfolios to address changing investment goals. Mr. Higgins holds an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Manhattan College. He is a member of the CFA Society New York, Pension Real Estate Association, and Institutional Limited Partners Association. Mr. Higgins serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School and teaches on the adjunct faculties of Rutgers and NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
