After serving his country in the US Navy, Kent found his first passionate connection to real estate while purchasing and rehabbing distressed homes in Bellingham and Seattle Washington. Kent holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics at Western Washington University. Spanning the next two decades, Kent worked with several Fortune 500 companies in both Management and Sales. His skill and knowledge in managing people and being involved in multi-million dollar sales adjectives allowed Kent to hone his skills and prepare for his career of real estate development. Kent excels in property acquisition, project design, and project success. Over the next 15 years, Kent would successfully identify, develop, build, and successfully market and sale luxury residential and commercial inventory in elite, high-end areas through the Greater Seattle Area that would include: a cul-de-sacs, sea views, raw land, development and construction of 4,700 sq./ft estates; and multiple developments expanding existing footprint maximizing square feet to land ratios creating estate homes as finished product where no land inventory existed for new construction. Kent combines his networking and sales skills along with his commercial and residential development experiences to intuitively orchestrate site selection, design, permitting, construction and project management while executing profitable estate development projects on time and within budget.
