Mr. Bossone has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of I-Behavior Inc., a leader in marketing data and analytics to target multi-channel advertising, since December 2002 and saw it through a sale to WPP in November 2010 (financial terms not disclosed). Mr. Bossone also served as founding VP and CFO of I-Behavior’s wholly-owned subsidiary aCerno Inc., a behaviorally targeted online advertising network, since its inception (February 2005) until its sale to Akamai Technologies for $95 million in November 2008. He had previously served as the company’s Director of Finance & Administration / Controller since April 2000, five months after the company was founded and has played a key role throughout his tenure at I-Behavior in maximizing the return on its $12 million in invested capital. Prior to joining I-Behavior, Mr. Bossone served as Financial Controller of Madison Direct Marketing, Ltd., a privately held multi-advertiser direct mail marketing company, since April 1998. At Madison, he was responsible for all accounting processes, financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury management, tax planning and compliance and operating expense control. Prior to Madison Direct Marketing, Mr. Bossone spent five years with Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), where he most recently was a senior within the audit and business advisory services practice. Mr. Bossone graduated with high honors in May 1993 from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics and a major in Accounting. Mr. Bossone is a Certified Public Accountant.
