Domenic Mancini has enjoyed a successful career, spanning more than three decades, in both senior operating and financial roles. Throughout his career, Mr. Mancini has managed and built mid and large sized North American businesses into world-class companies.
Mr. Mancini joined Novacap in 2005 and has focused on investments for Novacap Industries. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Mancini was Senior Vice-President of Operations and General Manager for Transcontinental printing Inc. Prior to Transcontinental, from 1988 to 1996, Mr. Mancini held the dual roles of Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Operations in each of the following companies: CFCF Inc., Spartan Canada Inc., and Laidlaw Waste Systems Ltd. Mr. Mancini is a Chartered Accountant, and worked as a Senior Manager for Deloitte Haskens and Sells from 1982 to 1988. He obtained a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University as well as Bachelors of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from McGill University and his CA in 1986.
Mr. Mancini is the Chairman of the Board of Nautilus Plus, Metro Supply Chain Group Inc, Rosmar Packaging Corporation Inc., Camille Fontaine & Fils and Smyth Companies. He is presently spearheading the accelerated growth of these companies.
