Since joining Graham Partners in 1993, Dado has played a key role in sourcing and screening investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, performing financial analyses and working with portfolio companies post-acquisition. Additionally, Dado has also been responsible for overseeing The Graham Group's alternative investment portfolio. In this capacity, Dado is involved in the alternative investment allocation process as well as in managing investments in third-party private equity funds and other alternative investment vehicles. Dado worked on The Graham Group's direct investment transactions completed in France, The United Kingdom, Poland, Brazil and Argentina, its major financings, and the divestiture of a controlling interest in Graham Packaging Company in 1997-1998.
Dado, who is a citizen of Croatia, earned his B.A. in International Business and Strategic Management from Temple University, where he also earned his M.B.A. at The Fox School of Business. At Temple University, he was the number one ranked player on the varsity tennis team, and was ranked among the top five collegiate players in the Eastern U.S.
