Casey Kokos
LP
I am a senior executive skilled in strategic business development, capital allocation and M&A. I possess over 15 years of investment banking, management consulting and corporate development experience. My skills have been leveraged by over 100 companies globally to improve overall business performance and create billions of dollars in incremental shareholder value. I have also directed over 40 announced M&A deals, recapitalizations and financings for both public and private companies with over $12 billion in value exchanged between parties.
I am the founder of Kokos Strategic Advisers, where I focus on strategy consulting, capital raising and transaction advisory engagements for clients primarily in the financial services industry. Prior to forming Kokos Strategic, I was a senior manager at Old Mutual Asset Management, responsible for establishing strategic objectives, managing capital allocation and coordinating corporate development activities. I previously worked in senior investment and advisory roles at Oliver Wyman, Putnam Investments and HSBC Securities. I hold an M.B.A. in Business Strategy and Investment Management from Yale University and a B.S. in Finance with an Accounting minor from Boston College.
I am open to new roles that would further my career. These include full-time positions as well as consulting advisory or board roles at public, private and non-profit institutions.
