Lately, I have written a few negative articles on Realty Income (NYSE:O) and this has led some of its bulls to label me as a "hater". But the reality is that I have no dog in this race. I am not shorting Realty Income, and I don't stand to benefit in any way by criticizing the company. I could just as well write positive articles on the company, and that would probably earn me even more money if it pleased Realty Income investors.
