HelpSystems has its UK headquarters in Greater Manchester. : A US private equity firm has taken a minority stake in a software company which has its UK headquarters based in Greater Manchester. HelpSystems has announced that funds managed by Harvest Partners SCF, LP (HP SCF), the non-control private equity strategy of Harvest Partners, LP, have signed a definitive agreement to lead a minority investment. HP SCF will join existing investors TA Associates, Charlesbank Capital Partners , HGGC and HelpSystems employees to propel the company toward new levels of growth in global markets".
