* Naspers shareholders to get 27% stake in new listing (Adds detail): AMSTERDAM, May 29 (Reuters) - South African conglomerate Naspers plans to float consumer internet businesses with assets valued at more than 100 billion euros ($112 billion) on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam on July 17, the media and tech group said on Wednesday. Naspers will retain a 73% stake in the new company, which will hold assets including Naspers’ 31.2 percent stake in China’s Tencent, as well as its OLX classified businesses in India and Brazil and its U.S. business, letgo.
