Two keystone leaders who coordinate to manage the $3.9 billion invested with Kern County’s retirement agency are leaving the organization. Kern County Employees Retirement Association Executive Director Gloria Dominguez is retiring and KCERA Chief Investment Officer Peter Tirp has resigned.
