Spanish-language broadcaster Univision is looking to sell the legacy Chicago satire enterprise and other media affiliates. : Spanish-language broadcaster Univision Communications wants to sell the satirical Onion media enterprise, and related outlets, as its private-equity owners grope for an exit.New York-based Univision said in a statement today that it has hired a banker, Morgan Stanley, to explore a sale of assets that make up the Onion, which is headquartered in Chicago. As part of the effort, it is also seeking to sell Gizmodo Media Group, just two years after buying all of the online media publications.
