<p>The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) has doubled the size of Buchanan Street Partners’ real estate mandate and is investing with another fund manager for the first time.</p>
<p>The pension fund has provided an additional $100m (€93.5m) to Buchanan to invest in core-plus real estate in the western and southern regions of the US, according to a board meeting document.</p>
