SS&C has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Eze Software, a provider of investment management solutions, for US$1.45 billion. The acquisition will add 1050 employees in 15 offices and more than 2500 clients across five continents. It plans to fund the acquisition with a combination of cash and term loan debt.
