Qualtrics International Inc., a Utah-based software company filed for an initial public offering Friday. The company did not yet provide a number of shares it expects to offer or an expected price, but said it plans to raise $200 million, which is likely a placeholder amount. The company applied ti list its Class B common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "XM." Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are the lead underwriters. The company said its "new category of software" enables organizations to succeed in the "experience economy."
