Singapore Insurtech Bolttech Secures $180M via Series A led by Activant, Company Valued at $1B+  Crowdfund Insider. : Singapore-based Insurtech company Bolttech recently revealed that it has finalized an oversubscribed $180 million Series A round which values the firm at over $1 billion, thus giving it Unicorn status just a year after it began operations. Bolttech’s investment round was led by Activant Capital Group, along with contributions from other investors such as Tony Fadell – Principal at Future Shape, Alpha Leonis Partners, Dowling Capital Partners, B. Riley Venture Capital and Tarsadia Investments.
