A scheme to hack into the news release deliver services and trade on non-public information before the news hit the wire has been settled by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC obtained settlement offers from Ukrainian-based Jaspen Capital Partners Limited and its principal Andriy Supranonok in a case involving 34 defendants.
