Irvine-based Sabra Health Care REIT Inc. said today it bought nine senior housing facilities in Illinois, Oregon and Washington in two deals totaling $84.7 million. It spent $65 million for four senior housing facilities with 196 assisted living units and 18 independent living units in Oregon and Washington.
