Cohen and Steers is the top-tier fund sponsor for closed-end fund real estate investing, and the results of their funds show this. One of their more popular funds is the Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund (NYSE:RQI). However, there is also a non-leveraged fund that is largely similar.
