Selden has joined PwC following 15 years, ten as partner, at US law firm Fried Frank. He brings experience of working on a variety of investment management and securities law matters across jurisdictions and asset classes, with emphasis on private investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds.
