Lumos and Gruhas are looking to raise the funds from institutions, corporates, family offices and High Networth Individuals (HNIs). The fund will invest in projects in the top six markets across India – Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, National Capital Region (NCR) and Ahmedabad.
