Milwaukee-based&nbsp;<a href="http://www.phoenixinv.com/" target="_blank">Phoenix Investors&nbsp;LLC</a>,&nbsp;continues to grow its industrial portfolio with the purchase of three former Whirlpool manufacturing facilities, all outside of Wisconsin.
