Partridge is also a managing partner of Argent. The board members include Piali Das Gupta, head of policy at Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers; Jill Pett, partner and executive coach with The Alexander Partnership; Matthew Powell, CEO of Breaking Barriers; and Kemi Oguntoye, property consultant at SAY Property Consulting.
